It is pretty good and "neat" hotel.

At the restaurant, it is better to make a separation for smoker guest.

The staff, cleanliness and the design of the hotel

The location was reasonably close to beach sites and commuting to tourist spots was pretty easy. The staff were exceptional.

Small, quiet hotel. Breakfast good and lunch/dinner great. Clean and comfortable hotel and very pleasing to the eye both in room and social areas. Pool area lovely but only room for four deckchairs. Lovely restaurant next door and new Galleria shopping centre with great eating places which are priced reasonably and only an easy 5 minute walk.

Lacking a balcony with the room. Muslim prayer call which is next door at 4 am may wake you if a light sleeper but daytime prayer call is theraputic and quite spiritual.

Nice design, new hotel, friendly staff, and fine location.. Not on the beach but near and there are many things on walking distance (cinema,mall,food court)

The bed was moving.. The bed is not attached to the wall.. Also the isolation was not that good.. You can hear the phone ringing on the other rooms

It's zoo far from Kuta. You have to use taxi every time...

Just so so, the room is clean and comfortable. If you can get good price,it's worth to go with it.

Prices advertised on Booked.net are in usd. Hotel says that Booked.net converts it to idr and send it to them (Booked.net uses its own currency rate) if you want to pay in USD then, hotel converts that IDR into USD with its own rate and charge us. the variation could be big depending on your stay. I paid $100 USD more for my booked $400 stay. I feel ripped off. i have used booking .com for my stays in Europe and never had this issue before. location is the problem. you cant go anywhere without catching a taxi. unless your are prepared to walk between 1 to 3 kms in heat.

The room was nice, clean, comfort. Value for money.

The drainage was horrible, smell of the urine in the bathroom came out even we flushed it many times. The water is a bit salty.

de locatie van het hotel is gunstig t.o.v. luchthaven en bestemmingen in zuid Bali.

Er was enorme geluidsoverlast van gillende kinderen vanuit het zwembad dat deel uitmaakt van de lobby area. Tevens waren er uiterst lawaaierige gasten in aangrenzende kamers. Onbegrijpelijk dat het hotelmanagement dit soort overlast accepteert en nauwelijks controle over dit soort ongemak uitoefent.

Super schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber! 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Einkaufscenter entfernt, sonst muss man alles mit dem Auto machen. Für eine Übernachtung ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

gut ausgestattetes hotel! die zimmer sind schön, alles da, was man braucht, die zimmer zum pool sind ruhiger als vorne auf die strasse hinaus. der pool ist nett und überschaubar, die mitarbeiter des hotels angenehm, das kleine fitnesscenter ok. frühstück ist teuer.

frühstück ist teuer. lage ist schrecklich, da direkt an der strasse zum flughafen, sehr laut, sehr viel verkehr, man muss riesige runden drehen, um in die richtige fahrtrichtung zu kommen.wenn man in kuta an den strand will oder surfen ist das hotel nicht geeignet.

L'emplacement est un peu trop en retrait de Kuta Beach.
